Staff Accountant

Established CPA firm has an opening for a staff accountant to join our firm. We are looking for a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting with tax and public accounting experience.

Job duties include:

• Data Entry
• Monthly Bookkeeping for Multiple Clients
• Payroll Processing and Reporting
• Sales Tax Filing
• Account Reconciliation
• Preparing Financial Statements
• Preparing Personal and Various Business Tax Returns
• Occasional Administrative Tasks

Preferred Experience:

• QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) : 2 years
• Income Tax Preparation: 2 years
• Excel: 2 years
• Bookkeeping: 2 years
