31 DAYS | 31 WINNERS ONLY 1,000 TICKETS SOLD $50 PER TICKET 1st Ticket = 1 Raffle Number | Any Additional Tickets = 2 Raffle Numbers per Ticket This is a general fundraiser for St. Mary Chamber of Commerce.

When purchasing more than one ticket, when it asks for attendees, select "Someone Else" and list in the names areas: Ticket 2, Ticket 3, Ticket 4... etc. Followed by entering your same mailing address in the required boxes.  Unfortunately, this is not an action we can disable and it is required for your purchase to process. 

Time

Video drawing at 3:00 PM CST every day in December Minimum total sale of 400 tickets by November 6th, or the raffle will be canceled and purchases refunded.

Official Rules & Guidelines

Raffle Details

  • Tickets are $50 each.
  • Only 1,000 tickets will be sold.
  • A minimum of 400 tickets must be sold by November 6, 2026 for the raffle to proceed.
  • If the minimum of 400 tickets is not sold by November 6, 2026, the raffle will be canceled and all ticket purchases will be refunded.

Bonus Entries

  • Your first ticket purchase includes one (1) raffle number.
  • Each additional ticket purchased under the same purchaser's name receives two (2) raffle numbers, increasing your chances to win.

Drawings

  • 31 prizes will be awarded in 31 days throughout the month of December.
  • Drawings will be held daily at 3:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on the St. Mary Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.
  • Winners do not need to be present or watching to win.
  • Winners will be contacted the same day as the drawing.

Firearm Prize Requirements

  • Winners of firearm prizes must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to possess a firearm.
  • All firearm winners must complete ATF Form 4473 and successfully pass the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) before taking possession of the firearm.
  • Firearms will be transferred only through the Chamber's designated Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer and in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • Winners are responsible for picking up their firearm from the designated FFL dealer.
  • If a winner is unable to legally receive a firearm or fails the required background check, the firearm prize will be forfeited.

Claiming Prizes

  • Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification.
  • Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Ticket Delivery

  • Tickets will be mailed within two (2) weeks of purchase to the mailing address provided during registration.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets.
  • By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by all official raffle rules.

General Conditions

  • Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  • The St. Mary Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control require a substitution.
  • The Chamber's decisions regarding eligibility, drawings, prize awards, and interpretation of these rules are final.
  • All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.
